Welcome to Authentically Us CIC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales (Company No: 16957217). By using our website and services, you agree to these terms. Our services are exclusively for adults (18+) who are diagnosed or self-identifying neurodivergent women.

The Service & Professional Disclaimer

• Nature of Service: We provide psychotherapy, group counselling, and psychoeducation.​

• Medical Disclaimer: We are psychotherapists, not medical doctors. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, psychiatric diagnosis, or emergency mental health intervention. If you are in a crisis, please contact emergency services (999) or the Samaritans (111).​

• Third-Party Links: Our website links to the Zanda Client Portal for bookings and payments. We are not responsible for the technical functionality or privacy practices of Zanda or our linked social media accounts.

Bookings, Accounts, and Payments

• Zanda Portal: All clinical bookings and account management are handled through the Zanda portal. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

• Tiered Pricing: We offer a community-focused tiered fee structure:

​​

1. Reduced Cost: £30 (for low income) limited to 6 sessions.

2. Private Client: £60.

3. Pay It Forward: £70 (£10 of which is restricted to funding low-cost sessions for the community).

• Payment Terms: Payments must be made via the Zanda portal or in person at the start of your session at our Norton office.

​

Cancellations and Refunds

• Client Cancellations: You must provide more than 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment via the Zanda app. If notice is given within less than 24 hours, the full session fee will be charged.

• Therapist Cancellations: If we must cancel, we will offer a replacement session at a mutually convenient time as soon as possible.

​​

• Refunds: Refunds are only granted if both the client and therapist cannot agree on a rescheduled time following a therapist-initiated cancellation.

Confidentiality and Safe Space

• Privacy: All sessions are strictly confidential. We adhere to professional ethical frameworks regarding your data and shared disclosures.

• Mutual Respect: We operate a "Safe Space" policy. Users must treat staff and other community members with respect.

​​

• Group Privacy: If attending group sessions, you strictly agree not to share the identity of other participants or the details of what they disclose.

​​

• Premises: We ask that you respect the privacy of others when entering or leaving our premises at The Coach House.

​

Intellectual Property

• Ownership: The Authentically Us logo and all materials, worksheets, or psychoeducational resources provided to you are the property of Authentically Us CIC.

• Usage: These materials are for your individual, personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
